Content Compliance
Automated BRAM and VIRP-aligned screening of merchant websites for prohibited and restricted content — with quoted evidence citations, not keyword-only flags.
Content Compliance screens merchant websites against 34 BRAM and VIRP policy categories aligned with Mastercard, Visa, and global card scheme rules. A two-stage AI pipeline — keyword matching followed by mandatory adjudication with quoted citations — produces evidence-backed violation reports that reduce the false positives common in keyword-only screening.
Scheme violations carry penalties from $25,000 to $100,000+ per infraction. Critically, most violations do not exist at onboarding — they appear weeks or months later when merchants add prohibited products, remove age gates, or introduce hidden checkout flows.
The module discovers and captures merchant content across product pages, policy pages, and single-page applications. It screens against 34 policy categories including illegal drugs, counterfeit IP, gambling, weapons, transaction laundering, cybercrime, illegal pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol, crypto assets, adult content, financial services abuse, and India-specific RMG and gaming rules.
Supplementary checks cover age verification gates, terms of service analysis, brand authenticity advisory, hidden payment link detection, URL routing and cloaking, image text extraction, and MCC inference from content.
Every violation ships with HTML snapshots, quoted evidence, remediation guidance mapped to scheme enforcement priorities, and a risk band: CLEAN, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CRITICAL.
